Halil İbrahim KARAYILDIRIM halil.karayildirim@hkmalidanismanlik.com	Mr. Karayıldırım, who has business administration undergraduate degree, has also graduated from accounting and auditing masters program of Marmara University by submitting his masters thesis successfully to further contribute his professional development. He has previously worked as auditor and senior in multinational audit companies and teached tax, audit and accounting related classes in privately owned education companies. Before the establishment of HK Audit and Consultancy, he was tax and audit manager. His expertise areas are tax consultancy, training, establishment of internal control system and internal audit. Mr Karayıldırım has Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and Capital Market Board of Turkey internal audit certificates.
